Consumer Right of Withdrawal

Applies to consumers under applicable distance-selling law.

1. Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, unless a statutory exception applies.

2. How to Exercise Withdrawal

To withdraw, send a clear statement (e.g. email) to: disputes@example.com.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw validly, we reimburse payments received without undue delay and within statutory deadlines, using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

4. Digital Content / Digital Services Exception

Your withdrawal right may expire early for digital content/services if performance starts after your express request and statutory acknowledgements are provided (e.g. acknowledgement of loss of withdrawal right where required by law).
